Cooking's Cool and Healthy Foods for Healthy Kids remain dedicated to improving children’s health through cooking demos and a garden-based education. They have teamed up with the Chefs Move to Schools initiative. This week they received kitchen kits for 13 schools in Delaware. Each kits contains All-Clad pots and utensils, an All-Clad induction burner, Emeril Lagasse knives and other necessities for a chef on the go.
In January, Cooking's Cool will be visiting The second grade at North Star Elementary in Hockessin, Delaware. We will be cooking Alphabet Soup using the pots and pans generously donated to us by Chefs Move to School. The children will learn just how tasty and healthy eating a rainbow can be!
